Tzfat is one of the four holy cities of Israel. It is also one of the poorest cities in the country. That changes now.

Why now

In 2025, the government committed 3.4 billion shekels to Tzfat, the largest investment in the city's modern history. The state is building the walls. The Jewish world gets to build what's inside them.

What we do

We are contracted by the City of Tzfat to restore three heritage sites, build a technology and business hub that creates real jobs, and fund the proven leaders already holding the city together.

The goal is simple and public: move Tzfat from socioeconomic cluster 2 to cluster 3 within ten years.
